All enterprise talent placement, candidate introductions, IT consulting, and managed services are governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and formal rate schedules negotiated directly between client organizations and GenNexus. We maintain complete commercial transparency: all staffing fees are billed directly to employer clients under formal contracts. There are zero hidden fees or incidental charges for browsing or utilizing this site.
Sending your application is completely free. GenNexus never charges candidates or job seekers any fees for application submission, credential verification, technical assessments, onboarding, or talent placement. Candidates submitting resumes and qualifications grant GenNexus non-exclusive authorization to evaluate credentials, perform standardized skills assessments, and present qualified profiles to matched enterprise employers. Candidates warrant that all submitted credentials, certifications, and employment histories are truthful and accurate.

Any demand for financial payment in connection with employment or interviews is fraudulent and should be reported immediately to contact@gennexustech.com and relevant law enforcement or national cybercrime authorities.All proprietary design systems, logos, typography stacks, custom graphics, and software architectures displayed on gennexustech.com are the exclusive intellectual property of GenNexus Tech Solutions LLP or its licensors, protected by United States, Indian, and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICES, WEBSITES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENNEXUS TECH SOLUTIONS LLP, ITS PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GENNEXUS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenNexus Tech Solutions LLP, its partners, officers, employees, subcontractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or resulting from your access to or use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law: GenNexus Tech Solutions LLP is an entity formed under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 of India, operating globally and maintaining corporate facilities in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA.
A. Indian Operations & Domestic Disputes: For disputes, controversies, or claims arising from transactions, candidate applications, or engagements originating within the territory of India, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India, the proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the courts having territorial jurisdiction over the registered office of the LLP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over supervisory and enforcement proceedings.
B. United States & International Disputes: For disputes, controversies, or claims arising outside India, including engagements with North American enterprise clients and US-based candidates, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any such dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Fulton County, Georgia, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND GENNEXUS EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
